HOW TO REGISTER

STEP #1 REGISTER

Complete the REGISTRATION FORM as an INDIVIDUAL or TEAM (click link for form).

STEP #2 PAY

Pay your REGISTRATION FEE and extra gear, too! OR Send a CHECK*
Late fee is $75.00 after July 10

STEP #3 SEND WAIVERS**

Complete & send in waiver form(s) Adult Waiver or Youth Waiver.
You can email forms to 3on3@slzjcc.org or send in with your CHECK. 
*Send a CHECK or PAY ONLINE
Make sure you include all items: 3on3 Contest, extra lunches, extra shirts. Make checks payable to SLzJCC.

There isn't any maximum number of players per team but you need to have AT LEAST 4 on your team (5 for Co-ed)

Check in: 8:00am 
Games: 8:30am – 4:00pm
(Depending on how far you go!)

WHAT YOU GET

For $75, each player will receive:
  • At least 4 Games (many will play more)
  • Tournament Shirt
  • Lunch from Kinders BBQ (Full Ball Tip, Chicken or Veggie Sandwich)
  • Entrance in our “Players Only” Raffle

There are no refunds if you cancel within three weeks of the tournament. Please make any changes before that time.

DIVISIONS

Most divisions are based on skill and not by age.

MEN'S RULES CO-ED RULES
Minimum of 4 players on each team's roster. No Maximum.
  • Adult Gold – Best of the Best
  • Adult Upper Silver – A Step Below Gold
  • Adult Lower Silver - Average to Above Average Skill
  • High School - Roughly 14-17 Years Old
  • Middle School – Roughly 11-13 Years Old
  • Jr. SuperStars – Roughly 8-11 Years Old (28.5 ball)
  • Legends – Players 40 years old and over
  • Super Legends - Players 50 years old and over
  • Co-Ed - 2 females and 1 male on the court (5 players on roster minimum)
